3. Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointment Scheduling: Clients can schedule services via phone or email. Appointments are subject to availability.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a discretionary cancellation fee.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of services via EFT
• Prices are subject to change; however, quoted prices at the time of booking will be honored.

5. Liability

• We are fully insured and take all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions of the bin.
• Clients must notify us of any specific concerns or risks prior to service.

6. Health and Safety

• Our cleaning products are environmentally friendly, but clients should inform us of any allergies or sensitivities.
• Clients must ensure that the bins are emptied prior to the cleaning service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the bins on the scheduled cleaning day.
